Blue Marlin - I've been staying at the Blue Marlin for years now. The rooms are nice and clean, the pool is big, and they're right next to the southernmost beach. The rates are cheap when you compare them to the hotels that surround it, but I've stayed in those hotels before and there's not a real difference between them. You've got plenty of parking and it's a well kept hotel in a great area of town. One thing I've learned that I like is to be on this end of Duval street, which is quiet. I've stayed in hotels down closer to sunset Mallory square and the noise is a problem if you want to sleep before 4am when the bars shut down. Our favorite part other than the piece and quiet is the fact that the pool deck has plenty of chairs to lay out, but they also have covered area with tables and soda machines. I like to hang out in the shade and my wife likes to get a tan. This set up works perfect for both of us. I haven't found anything like that anywhere else. |

Eden House - The Eden House has a heated pool and that was deal closer for me. I checked out several other hotels in Key West that had pools, but they weren't heated. Even in the dead of summer, I like the water to be refreshing but comfortable. I hate the old routine of creeping into the water an inch at a time with a look on my face like I'm, well... The water was nice and a perfect temperature. My wife really enjoyed the courtyard area around the pool with gazebos and hammocks. If you're looking to relax in tranquil quiet setting for a little book time, The Eden House is a great choice. We got a great deal on our room by booking direct with them and I honestly feel like they must really be cutting their rates to compete, because we got luxurious accommodations for motel rates. We'll surely stay here next time we travel to Key West for vacation and tell anyone we know to do the same. |

Best Western Hibiscus - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Hibiscus Hotel in Key West. They have a big pool, hot tub, and nice rooms. We rented a scooter at the hotel for the first day and toured all around the island. After visiting all the different beaches, we found the beach that is right around the corner from the Best Western was the best. We rented bikes a couple of times which made it easy to get anywhere in old town quickly, but unless you really hate walking, you can easily walk to everything. We visited the museums and rode the conch train for the tour around the island which is full of great history. The Best Western was a great home base and we got a good deal on our room during season, which is hard to find if you want a pool and amenities this hotel has. They have it all for reasonable rates. |

Doubletree Grand Key Resort - I watched the video you guys have for the Doubletree Grand Key Resort in Key West and it's what sold me. I wanted to get a massage in a cabana and have cocktails delivered to my lounge chair from the bar like Jennifer. The resort is beautiful and I received my delicious home made chocolate chip cookie upon check-in. The aquarium in the lobby looks nice on the video, but I didn't realize how big it was. It's huge and full of really beautiful tropical fish! We ate breakfast in the restaurant each morning and the service and food were exceptional. We utilized the shuttle to old town which is very convenient. Getting cabs from hotels we've stayed in before was not cheap, so we know it saved us a ton of money. Being a Hilton owned property, the room was well appointed and clean of coarse. In the end, if you're looking for a full resort and don't want to spend an arm and a leg on rates, the Grand Key Resort is an easy choice. Other resorts are more expensive and don't offer amenities like a shuttle. |

La Te Da - We love the La Te Da hotel! Not only do they have luxurious and spacious rooms, but it's just plain fun to stay there. We've traveled to Key West several times over the years and have stayed in different hotels and bed and breakfasts. This is not only popular with people on vacation, but if you hang out at either of the bars in the evening (or afternoon) you'll meet a lot of locals that like the cool laid back atmosphere. It's adults only for one, so no little kiddies running around screaming and kicking you in the head in pool, or doing cannon balls into the pool right next to you. There's also a sundeck on the rooftop if you want to get an all natural tan in privacy. It's a nice clothing optional sundeck that isn't around the pool or common areas. As laid back as this island is, clothing optional hotels can be a bit hard to find. We walked down to the southernmost beach every day and had an absolute blast. Great rates during season. |

Southernmost Hotel - I wanted to send you a review of my stay at the Southernmost Hotel. You should warn vacationers if they stay here, they will never book another hotel anywhere else again. We got a great deal on a really nice room that had a balcony overlooking the pool and bar area. What is a secret to this place is the fact that you can enjoy all the amenities they have at the other properties they have right there! It's right across the street from the Southernmost Beach and Cafe. You get use of all pools, bars, beach chairs, fitness room, and all the amenities for no additional charge! I was expecting some kind of hidden fees like a resort fee or parking fee. I was pleased there's no extra charge for all this! What a great deal. I spent most of my vacation sitting on the beach in my complimentary beach chair and had drinks delivered to me from the cafe. You can not beat this hotel for rates, service, quality, or location. Paradise found. I'll be back. |

Casa 325 - For those who have travel experience in Key West, and spent time on Duval Street, you know that being close to Mallory Square and the few blocks down Duval from it is the place to be. You also know that it is not cheap. The closer you get to the square, the more expensive the rooms get. We enjoy the area for the bars and nightlife that are a blast. It's so convenient to be able to walk back to your hotel. The only issue I've had is noise. If you've been here before you know that the party is rockin until 4am every single night. I've found the perfect place to stay when I travel down there and I probably walked by it a hundred times without even knowing it was there! I found it on your website looking for affordable hotels near the area, and had no idea the Casa 325 existed. 325 is the address on Duval, meaning it's only a few blocks from Mallory Square. Here's their secret. They're tucked back in this compound of trees and a sanctuary like setting. I was concerned about noise with such a great location, but when you get back there, it's amazingly quiet and insulated from the madness going on right out front. What a discovery this place was. Noise was never an issue. I had a huge room right next to other hotels that were charging twice as much or more. If you want a nice place to stay, at reasonable rates, you will not beat the Casa 325. |

Pilot House - I like to read reviews of hotels before I book my vacation. Everyone seemed pleased with the Pilot House so I reserved my room. It was filled with first class antique amenities and had so much charm, I felt it was like I was staying in a luxury Victorian mansion back in the early century. The ambiance of this well kept inn is second to none. I've stayed in restored guesthouses before and they always have cheap antiques and furnishing that attempt to mimic what the Pilot house delivers. This is an adults only property and a class act all the way. The pool deck is clothing optional and I felt totally comfortable eliminating those old tan lines. It's only a few blocks from sunset square and we got a unit with a kitchen. A few meals and leftovers from diners out, saved a ton of money that we spent on fishing and snorkeling trips. The Pilot house delivers authentic Key West luxury for lower rates than quality lodging nearby. |

Southernmost on the Beach - The Southernmost on the Beach and the white sands of the beachfront for which it's named are the best value in Key West Florida. I spent a few hours looking for a deal on an oceanview suite for a quick getaway and I must have looked at every hotel all around the island that had a balcony that I could relax on and look out over the Caribbean water. I was told that being in old town and close to Duval st was the place to be. Not only was this place much less expensive than all the others I found in old town with ocean views, but they don't charge any of the fine print fee all the other resorts charge. My suite was updated nicely and I'm sure every bit as luxurious as the others I compared it to. If you want the best deal on an oceanview suite, look no further you just found it. |

Casa Marina Resort - We've been staying at the Casa marina Resort in Key West for many years. I believe it's the original island resort that goes all the way back to the Henry Flagler days. The upgrade the property long before it needs it and they have done it again, but this time to the extreme. We hardly recognized it. Absolutely the finest luxury resort on the island. They even replaced the pools this time! The beach is kissed by the blue green waters and watching the sunrise from your private balcony is the finest experience you'll come to enjoy anywhere. We'll continue to stay here for many years to come. My granddaughter will be getting married here in the fall, so we'll be back soon. |

The Reach Resort - I read about the thirty million dollar renovation they did to the Reach Resort and figured it must be nice. I was not disappointed at all. This place will impress even the most discerning of travelers. They did a great job and spared no expense anywhere. Fine details are throughout, and it's been done in a very tasteful way. I wouldn't consider it opulent to the point that it's fake like some resorts have a tendency to do when spending this much on a renovation. They paid attention to the details, and every detail is perfect from the rooms to the bars and overall decor. Nice job. |

Fairfield Inn by Marriott - I just got home after staying a few nights in the Fairfield Inn. I have to say that I've stayed in several Fairfield Inn's over the years and this one is by far the best in the country. Everything from the style of the rooms to the layout of the pool and deck area is like a luxury resort. Only difference is the rates. I felt like I got a lot for my money which important right now more than ever. I wanted to write a review and let other people know that they will get a lot of quality and great service for their hard earned dollar at the Fairfield Inn. If you go in Off Season, everything is a lot cheaper too. |
