Eden
House Key West Reviews
We really enjoyed our relaxing stay at The
Eden House, it has a very relaxed and
laid back atmosphere. It feels like a B&B, or a charming little inn, although
it's not one and it is within walking distance to pretty much everything.
The Eden House is located in a quiet part of Historical Key West, yet it's
within walking distance of Duval Street. Once you get yourself to the Eden
House, it is hard to pull yourself away. The hotel is so cozy and friendly, and
extremely relaxing. We enjoyed meeting and mingling with the other guest every
day at happy hour, which is daily at 4 pm. The other guests ranged in age from
20's to 60's. Everyone was friendly, and it made our stay a lot more enjoyable.
I must admit, we were hesitant to book a room here, after reading all the online
reviews about the sizes of the rooms. So we called them and they were more than
happy to explain their rooms and their sizes. We were quite pleased by the size
of the room and their great customer service on the phone. We were more than
pleased with our room when we arrived, and it was more than we expected. Our
room was really comfortable, and beautiful with original styling. The staff were
very helpful and friendly. They were extremely nice and knowledgeable of the
area. They gave us great recommendations for dining, site-seeing and
entertainment.
Guest can go swimming and use the hot tub at any time. There is free internet (wifi)
pool side. We walked everywhere, but if walking is not your thing, or too
strenuous, you can rent bikes from the Eden House, or possibly call a cab. Then
again, why go anywhere else, you may find it difficult to make yourself leave
the tropical setting of the property, between swimming in the pool, relaxing in
the jacuzzi, laying in the hammock, swinging in the swing, or enjoying happy
hour. I almost forgot to mention the great restaurant right next door.
It is most definitely a great place to relax and get away and still go have fun
around Key West. Their staff is quite remarkable and very friendly and
accommodating! I can't wait to go back!
