My wife and I recently took a vacation to the Florida Keys. We hadn’t expected to stay over in Key West so we did not book a room far in advance like we normally do. Last minute, Marianna and I used our lap top and utilized the free internet access that the hotel we were staying at in Key Largo offered. Surprisingly we were able to get a room at the Budget Key West located in downtown Key West within walking distance to everything. The rates were great so we were a little nervous about the accommodations until we arrived. The room was lovely, clean, well appointed, and right next to the waterfront. We had such a nice time meandering around that part of town. It was nice to be so close to hidden treasures and still be able to walk home at all hours of the night. We had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great deal on a clean downtown room.

This year we decided to take our family vacation in Key West. We stayed at the budget Key West for a couple of nights a few moths ago on a business trip so we weren’t able to experience all that Key West had to offer. The room was so nice and comfortable we chose the Budget Key West again for our hotel. The location was superb and the price was even better. In fact we saved do much loot on our rooms that we were able to hire a private boat to go deep sea fishing on a boat just around the corner from the Budget. We all had a wonderful time.

I remember the Budget Key West when it was called the Banana Veranda. My husband and I stayed there in a second floor room on holiday many years ago. It was just as wonderful this trip as it was then.  All of the modern conveniences and amenities one would need for a great trip to Key West. We stayed a week and a half this time around and had a splendid time. We will stay here in the future for sure and it's a nicer property than many of the non budget key west hotels.

I am a student studying for my masters in political sciences. I stayed at the Budget Key West for a week this last season with my girlfriend mainly because I am on a ‘budget’, seemed fitting. My girlfriend and I had the best time. It was stress free, romantic, and definitely the right price. We look forward to visiting the island again. We even discussed relocating after school.
