Olivia By Duval Key West Reviews

The Olivia by Duval in Key West Florida was a great place to stay at while we were in Key West. This hotel is located in a great part of Key West, as it is located near outdoor bars, great restaurants, historic sites, as well as right near the beach, the hotel is honestly located in such a good section. There are many things to do and see within minutes of this hotel. The outside of this hotel looked very well done. There was plenty of parking on site which definitely was a plus.

The room we got was located in the captain quarters section, and the room was extremely clean, and impressive. The room had cable TV I would say that the room that we got looked very cozy, warm, and inviting. The beds were comfortable, so getting a good night’s rest was easy. We loved that the room looked brand new, and all of the amenities were all up to date and very modern. There was also a pool on premises and the pool was very clean, the whole entire hotel was just very clean. There was also a nice sundeck, and a poolside grill, which was a great touch to the place.

The staff at the Olivia By Duval is very friendly, and they were very accommodating, and excelled in customer service. When we wanted extra pillows, they gave us extra pillows right away. Checking in and out of the hotel was very easy, and so was making reservations. The staff also made sure that we were very happy with our room, and was always making sure we had everything that we wanted. Everybody that was staying at this hotel also seemed very friendly, and there was never too much noise at this place.

The rates for this hotel were excellent, and very affordable. We paid about $80 a night here, which was a good deal for off season in a hotel that's so close to Duval st, the beach, and has a pool. Honestly this hotel was great and we will be returning to the Olivia By Duval on our next vacation to Key West, and we highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to take a vacation to Key West.
