The Key Lime Inn Reviews

If the name alone doesn't draw you in, the description of this lovely hotel will. It is a small intimate inn. There are only 37guest rooms, but it is big on style and comfort. Its prime location, the Key West Old Town area, is a short distance to amazing nightlife and fabulous restaurants. You will fall in love at first glance when you see the color scheme of this adorable inn's exterior, yellow with green shutters and white trim. That bright and cheerful exterior is just the beginning.

The Key Lime Inn is favored by couples, rather than families. You can get either a queen or king sized room. You will have a private bath with shower, as well as cable TV and a safe. If you go up a notch or two to the superior or deluxe rooms, you will have more floor space as well as a mini fridge and a coffee maker. Of course there is a flat screen TV in every room. The pool area and two guest rooms are handicap accessible.

You will have a free continental breakfast and free wireless internet in case you just can't leave home without your computer. I should know because I took my computer when we stayed there a few weeks ago. Anything that says "key lime" is something I had to experience. My husband and I opted for the deluxe king size room since it was our anniversary. We were very pleased with the furnishing and the size of the room. We had the luxury of a lovely patio. The rate was $179 a night and well worth it.

There is a rather nice size heated pool. We enjoyed it for several hours one day after doing some sightseeing. It was nice to get back to the Key Lime Inn and relax without a care in the world.

All in all, my husband and I have absolutely no complaints. The room was immaculate, the staff was friendly and outgoing and we will certainly stay at the his inn again in the future. It is a smoke free property and they have free parking which is convenient and something resorts charge a lot for.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful gem. I told all our friends that if they go to Key West they need to book a room at the Key Lime Inn. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had to leave and go back home!
