The Island City House was world class. I cannot write enough to tell you about this hotel. The staff of the guesthouse is wonderful, the rooms are lovely, clean, and truly inviting to stay in. Their location is close enough to everything that Key West has to offer. You can walk everywhere, but the hotel is quiet which can be hard to find in this area. I wished we didn't have to leave this hotel. We will be staying in Key West in the future in this hotel.

We stayed at the Island City House for a long stay of ten days at the beginning of June and found it a fantastic and inviting place to get away from the lively things around Key West. The pool was cool and helped us take the rest and relaxation we desperately needed after a very busy year of work and drama.

The Island City Houses' atmosphere was relaxed. We constantly found the staff very helpful and informative the whole Key West Vacation. The room we booked was clean and very comfortable although we were located on the street side of the Arch House, which at first we were nervous about the noise factor, we did not find the room to be noisy or disturbing. The gardens of the hotel are really beautiful and intoxicating. We found that it was lovely to sit by the pond while having breakfast with the local cats and tropical geckos around.

What a fantastic holiday we had. It was certainly one of the best times ever. Our wonderful time was helped by the welcome we received upon arriving at the Island City House. Their gardens, pool were tremendous and our comfortable room was perfect.

We reserved a room at the Island City House for our honeymoon. Gracious and friendly staff constantly helped with anything. Charming and very clean grounds were delightful. Our room was over the top spectacular. We stayed in the Cigar House overlooking the inviting pool. It was wonderful way to enjoy a nap in the hammock overlooking the pool off of our room. If you really want to taste the real keys, but prefer not to be in the middle of the chaos of Duval street, stay at the Island City House. You will find that just minutes away from the hustle and bustle but still in your own little tropical oasis. We adored it!

We took a three night vacation in the cigar house at the Island City House. Really nice pool to relax in each evening after a long day of shopping, sightseeing, and running around. Continental breakfast was unexpectedly superior with freshly baked rolls and moist muffins. Nice garden area that was able to keep the kids occupied trying to spy on the cats around the area. Definitely a clean and well kept property with a tremendously helpful staff.
