This hotel is extremely nice, perhaps one of the better priced properties for your money. The heated huge lagoon swimming pool was amazing and the rooms were really clean. But to top it off, all their people were very professional and extremely helpful in planning anything we wanted to do. We also found ambiance to be superior. I unfortunately had forgotten important papers in the safe of our guest room so I called and they called me back several times to let me know that it had been found and sent to me. I highly recommend this magnificent hotel.

We had a fantastic time at the Grand Key Resort in Key West. The lifestyle allotted to the quests is upper class and very relaxed, especially for the price. My husband and I had a wonderful time in Key West. Since we stayed at the Doubletree Grand Key and they offer shuttle service, we didn't even need to be on Duval. That might depend however on your level of comfort when it comes to clean maintained buss rides, very brief by the way. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to getaway and relax in a great hotel on a happening island. The hotel was extremely clean and colorful, so were the staff that working around the Doubletree. I stayed for a week kept my eyes and ears open for things. I don't understand anyone who would give a bad review on the Grand Key Resort. A good value for a superior accommodation, with warm cookies as you arrive, what's not to like.

This particular vacation was our second time to Key West and we decided to stay at the Doubletree Grand Key Resort again. We love this hotel because the staff is always in a good mood and helpful, the concierge is always eager to asset your way through islands things to do for fun and insider tips. The free shuttle service is wonderful to take advantage of hot spots and drop you off or pick you up. The large pool area is relaxing and tropical and the beach comes complete with chairs, towels and sunning umbrellas totally provided by the Doubletree. We will stay here again without question.
